LUMINOUSGRID Returns Policy
At LUMINOUSGRID, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return the items under the following conditions:
- Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the delivery receipt date.
- Condition of Items: The items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Any item that has been used or altered will not be eligible for a refund.
- Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team via email at support@luminousgrid.africa to initiate a return request.
- Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Exchange Policy: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order for the preferred item.
- Non-Returnable Items: Some products such as personalized items, clearance sales, and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a wrong or defective item).
